I didn't buy or sell a house with them. I saw a house that had a kitchen with a venetian plastered wall. I reached out to them and asked could they possibly ask the vendor who had done the work.A very lovely lady called Pauline said she would ask the question. I now know who did the work.Most companies wouldn't even bother responding to such an enquiry but Pauline did. This shows me how much they care. There was nothing in it for them but they still helped.Kudos to them and especially Pauline.
